Selectel Wireless is a prepaid carrier that uses Verizon's network. Unlike the other prepaid carriers on their network, Selectel uses Verizon's contract network. This means that there are no additional costs in Verizon's few roaming areas. All Verizon phones are compatible with Selectel, with the exception of a few 4G LTE devices. 4G LTE is not available on Selectel's network at this time, so 4G LTE devices will run on 3G data speeds. Most Sprint Androids and even some U.S. Cellular one's are able to be used on Selectel's service. However, these devices will need to be manually programmed.
